I just got back from court today on a pretty difficult chapter 13 case. Situations are much more dynamic in a chapter 13 as clients' economic situation changes between negative and positive and can affect your Chapter 13 plan. Looking at this and analyzing http://www.bankruptcysupersite.com , I realized that I really need to go in more depth and cover more issues and try to give more guidance when it comes to keeping real estate and other assets in a chapter 13. By Monday July 28th I will be adding another twenty pages or so under the chapter 13 topic section and really dissect the issues that people inquire about in the same no nonsense approach. I appreciate the emails I have received and plan on covering much more ground in the coming weeks on this site. I am also working on bankruptcy alternatives and various strategies I have picked up in boosting the credit score and dealing with creditors. Stay tuned, and if you have any questions feel free to drop me a line through the site, I try to answer all of the email I receive as soon as I read them.

I would like to introduce Bankruptcysupersite.com, a site that's all about fighting debt either through bankruptcy or non bankruptcy alternatives. The site will be covering a variety of topics in plain english getting rid of the legal jargon associated with law in general. A unique feature of the site will be that it will offer tips and strategies in filing a bankruptcy or dealing with creditors. New topics will be added daily. The blog will discuss my experiences with creditors, debtors and trustees and will advise you on changes in the law and what you can do to win the battle against high interest credit cards and overall consumer debt in this country. I can't tell you that I am the foremost expert in this field. But I can tell you that as an attorney practicing in the field of bankruptcy exclusively for over six years I can definitely help educate you and give you some helpful tips. Stay tuned as I will be adding topics and posting daily on this blog.
