Can I get discharged if I gambled my credit card

If you read my blog or communicate with
me at all you will see that I am no fan of credit card
companies, as a matter of fact I see them as legal loan
sharks. Having said that many of these creditors are going
to claim abuse when it comes to gambling and credit card
debt. And to answer your question above you are going to be
able to wipe out the debt. Because the court will look at
your intent whether or not you believed that you could pay
back the debt. If you reasonably believed you could pay it
back with your winnings, that would be enough to prove your
intent and the debt would be wiped out!
